Dan Trivedi, Group Founder

Dan started his property journey back in 2006. He made every mistake you can imagine. Buying out of area, paying over market value & builders up front with, no contracts. Fast forward to today, Dan now works across multiple property developments. Overseeing every project personally.

Our portfolio is made up of student accommodation, pubs, developments and conversions. Grace Charles continues to invest in Norwich & Norfolk, continuing to grow our portfolio.

Part of our time is working with business and individuals, who are looking to grow their investment portfolio & enter certain property markets for the first time.
